After you zone into the city he is past the Priest of Discord, facing the guards at the fork in the path between the arena and the castle.

The Tribute master is back in King Kazon Stormhammer's palace, in his main hall I think.

I saw two little rats running around Kaladim last night. "A Rodent" was the name. Never seen them before, anyone have any ideas on what it is about?

Ok I was playing my cleric on the test server and there is an npc in the mines that gives a quest in which he is asking for small or large unrefined ore. I came here hoping to find info on the ore and where it is found however have had no luck so far.
The NPC's name is Harnoff you will find him to the right near the one that sells sharpening stones I believe it is. I plan on checking later to make sure this guy is on the regular server but sure would like to find out where that ore can be found.
Please post if you have info on this guy and his ore.

my female elf friend has this thing that she does to my ears. and these blue circular objects appear between my legs. anyone have a clue about these rather large blue circular objects.

are halflings good faction with the guards here and what about trolls where does one find these things out?

Found in bottom of the water in kaladim mines. Does anyone have a clue what its for! It is a no drop item.

The sword is used for the paladin 49 level spell Divine Might. PLus a lot of other bits of a "lost Knight".

What is the faction for the banker, and how do I raise it?

the faction is bankers of norrath i think. or just bankers. look on illis bestiary factions.

I wonder the same thing. Faction can be a pain to raise, but I would like to know why my faction with the banker is staying as is while the rest is raising like it should. There is a way to check his faction but I am not about to kill him to find out what it is.
Halas and Kaladim banks are controlled by the rogues I believe :)

I was in the mines looking for a cleaner when a dwarf named "Jerk" or something said he found something. I asked him he asked me to get his dinner. I got his dinner from his wife and he gave me a pure Crystal Magic lore nodrop anyone know about this?

The Cleaner VII spawns in the mines on the bridge but it doesn't stay there very long, it quickly leaves the mines then usually goes north toward the pallies guild then returns near bank on that little metal thing that i'm sure everyone who's been in kaladim has been on, he usually stays there after that. If he starts runnin when you try to kill him just wait patiently until he comes back with about 40% health then kill him because it's hard to chase this thing with how fast it is.

Its for the paladin epic quest, the gem is given to Reklon in Erudin along with the tainted breastplate from hate to obtain the gleaming crested breastplate.
