• Shoulder items are made by making items called "Faded Velium Amice of *** " ( can be Vigor, Brilliance, Adroitness)
• Containers for shoulders are common for both group and raid final outcome. The difference is in the ore used.
• For group rewards, you will need to get a "Crystallized Velium Ore" from the Named encounters in ToV.

To make the shoulder containers, they all have common components which are,

1 - Shoulderpad Pattern
1 - Spool of Simple Thread
1 - Velium Powder
1 - Velium Infused Fish Scale Sheet
1 - Purified Detergent

And uncommon components which are only for the shoulder item you are making.

For example, here are the components for Faded Velium Amice of Adroitness.

The only two items in that recipe that is uncommon is the Half-Moon Cut Tool and Trilion Cut Tool. Faded Velium Amice of Brilliance recipe uses Oval Cut Tool and Round Cut Tool. Faded Velium Amice of Security recipe uses Marquise Cut Tool and Square Cut Tool.
