A rusty weapon makes a big difference for enchanter pets. They can duel wield if you hand them a weapon to replace there shield.

I have changed many from Rusty to Tarnished. All you get is an increase in skill at blacksmithing. Apparently the vendors think it is still a useless weapon. Smiley: grin However, if you take your tarnished axe and add a flask of water, you get a small piece of ore and more smithing skill. Smiley: glasses This can be used for lots of other smithing things.

1 Rusty Axe + 1 Sharpening Stone = 1 Tarnished Axe.

1 Tarnished Axe + 1 Flask of Water = 1 Piece(s) of Ore.

I will pass on more recipes if I find any on other Rusty Weapons.

By the way, Tarnished weapons dont sell for more, but they have a smaller delay between attacks, at least on Stromm in Queynos.

May Tunare bless you with the rain when you need it, and enemies when you want them.Smiley: wink2
