I haven't tried, but can you give this and some arrows to your pet and it uses them? I don't think it worked with summoned throwing daggers...

In Blackburrow, the gnolls that drop the bows now only drop one arrow instead of four.
What exactly changed about this item that it needed updating?

Just as with the aqua goblins, kobold archers will always drop this and four arrows.

I bought mine from an NPC merchant on the 2nd floor of the Bank in Northern Kaladim. Whether or not she carries that normally, I don't know.
This bow drops from Aqua Goblins in Dagnor's Cauldron also. Every single gobo there will have this bow plus four arrows (always exactly four arrows, even if they were shooting at you before you killed em), in addition to whatever else they may have.

This bow drops frequently in BB on gnolls.

I aLso looted it off of an aqua goblin at the BB docks. THis bow and 4 standard 1 damage arrows.
