Spell: Spook the Dead  

 

Try the skelly camp near Dreadlands spires. There is one pyramid full of lvl 38-41 Plaquebone Thieves (don't be scared of the level, they wont hit you at all when you play with them :D)
and when I was soloing them (1,5 years ago) they were easy single pulls. They run around the
room, but the others won't aggro if you

1) pull one of them with a spell or arrow. (facing inside of the pyramid)
2) Run left, inside the next building. Then left, next to the far wall.
3) Wait for the mob to enter and get near you.
4) Cast Spook the Dead
5) Position yourself between the doorway and the mob
6) beat them senseless
7) repeat fear every now and then

A good way to train your all attack skills up to a decent point, dont forget Piercing and Hand to Hand.
