Field of Bone

He did not drop a Dakoit Coin Purse? I've been hunting that for awhile. Any more info on what you were hunting at the time?

What direction was he walking (from/to) I've been hunting this guy for awhile.

Any help would be appreciated,

yeah i killed this guy at lvl 35 he conned blue but is on steroids i went berserk and hit him with 2 crippling blows before he died i'm lucky to be a warrior or i would have died easily

Yes, this mob is one of the Iksar Warrior quest armor mobs. He drops a head, which when taken to the Archduke with 2 star rubies (~80pp each), will result in a scroll or page (actual name starts with an "R" but memory fails me now). Take that and a pair of banded gauntlets to one of the quest givers in OT (it DOES matter which one) and you'll receive Trooper Scale Gauntlets. Stats are: Lore, AC = 11, +5 str, +2 Dex, Wt. = 2.5 stones, WAR/IKS restr. Looks like Cabilis scale armor, but shaded a bit darker. Also drops an FS speapr pretty much all the time. He's a big baddie.

His PH is the rightmost iksar (sometimes is sitting) as you enter the first room on the right hand side.

Beware newbie lizzards of the marauder caves. This bad boy will kill you hard, if you are of a level to get xp from the manslayers. He also spawns fairly frequently. Perhaps one spawn in 4-5. Which is around an hour if you keep up with the spawns.

yep he hangs out in thebandit cave red to me at 17 he is in green armor

I ran into him today also, conned yellow to a 31st Druid....had no mana and only buffing spells up so I did'nt even try him..maybe next time. He was inside the manslayer lair by the beach, to the right just as you walk into the main room.

I have been to many sights and all agree on the area between Kaesora and Kurn's

My 37 Shaman and a guildmate 36 Cleric took him down last night, without my pet up. Was blue to me, and would of whooped the crap out of me without healer. Dropped everything the previous posts said. Can anyone verify the info posted earlier? Ie. The Ular (or whatever) being a key, and the Head for warrior armor quest?

Kerosh Blackhand, i fought him this morning. He ios an Iksar located in the Iksar Outcast cave on the beach in FoB. He spawned in the first room on the opposite side of the throne. Very large aggro radius.Took me 2 tries, second time there was a 31 iksar Nec in the zone and i enlisted his aid. I could get him down to 1/4 life before i died as a 29 druid. Blackhand was red to me and Yellow to the Nec. So he is at least lvl 32. Hit me for a max of 78, and Backstabbed me for a max of 111. And he hits very often. I dont know if he can summon, but 3 times, he was snared and about 50 yards away, and when i would stop to nuke, he would appear right on top of me and beat the crap outta me.... could be warping, but the distances were so extreme and he was snared and i should have had at least 10 seconds to cast fore he got near. Very nasty. He dropped some interesting things... the Head of Blackhand: (Iksar Head graphic) Lore No Drop. A 1hs that looks like a half moon blade and you grip it in the middle. Like that one alien on Star Trek Carried. Cant remember the name, will post it later today with stats, it is also Magic Lore no drop, melee class. And a FS Spear, and about 3pp in change. The blade has a cool grapic, but i didnt even look at stats cus i was late for class killing it.

There is a newbie zone just outside the city with scaled wolf pups, emerald scarabs, decaying skeletons, scorpions and other easy enemies a lvl 1 should be able to handle. There is one guard that walks in the newbie area sometimes, and if there´s trouble you either run to him or run back to the city guards, it´s not a long run back. When you´re level 7 you could go to the pit which has more difficult enemies, then after you raise some levels you could go to the eastern part of the pit which has even more difficult enemies, after that stops giving you nice xp, it´s time to go in Kurn´s.

Go to lake of ill omen as soon as you can, it is full of goblin whelps and sarnak hatchlings, im not sure what level they are, but it is much better divided by level than the field of bone.

A lesser spirit spawned when I killed an Iksar Manslayer. It was not aggressive, conned dubiously. I hailed it, but got the standard dubious message ("Did something die or is that your breath?") I killed it, but it dropped nothing... I am guessing that it is for a quest of some sort, but whatever it is, I don't have the faction for it.

Ran into first a single human male bandit who conned green (I was a lev 16 Iksar monk). Dispatched with great ease but still gave exp, dropped a loaf of bread (normal food). Came back later and two new human male bandits were there. Both were green, but hit much harder. Made it out with 1.5 bub of life. They dropped two no-drop red sashes (no stats), and a bronze dagger. Gave faction for Qeunos, Residents of Karana and a couple others. What are the sashes for?

Yes, I encountered her a couple of times. Then I started encountering two male bandits who work together -- blue to me at 12. I slayed them a couple of times.

Then a couple of days ago I encountered two male bandits who were blue to me at 14. I figured these were the same two guys as before, and took them on. WRONG! These guys, theoretically blue to me at 14, immediately cast a TON of spells and I was dead within, quite literally, 10 seconds, with no hope of doing anything. Fire, electricity, all kinds of stuff. DEFINITELY not blue to a 14.

I haven't messed with bandits there since. :)

the carrion queen is a very very rare spawn and the legs are worth money aprox 800pp this is the rarest spawn in the feild of bone I believe it is level 11-13 but i am not sure

I found where the queen spawns, although I have no idea what the time frame between spawns actually is. I was helping a friend power level in the field of bone and the carrion queen dropped right in the center of the large rib cage with a skull. Conned low blue to me at 19 saying, "You would probably win this fight, it's not certain though." Dropped the Leggings and a carapace. Leggins 7AC, +5 AGI, +5sv Poison, +5sv Disease.

Actually, it was simply that the incorrect spell effect was put in place of the intended poison spell. Instead of poisoning you, it summoned you a high level mage pet. Was pretty funny, at least for a while...I saw a level 9 shadowknight wiping out the higher level region of the Pit with a level ~39 (according to others of higher level who conned it) mage pet.
