Depths of Darkhollow
This guy gives a quest called "missing costume pieces"
He asks you to recover his missing costume pieces. The quest states you must find the creature that could have taken his costume pieces, a set of fangs and a cape. This is located in Plane of Hate off the Bloody Vampire (who only spawns during halloween events). You engage him (green to lvl 85) and he has about 12-15 bats with a nasty knock back but they dont do more than 85dmg per hit, there are just so many of them and the knock back is so bad that it can be painful and rather annoying! Loot the pieces of the costume that the halfling asked you to get (next two steps of task after locate the person), then last two steps are to deliver the items to the halfling. You get one bristlebane ticket of admission from him (for each person in task) and 1 Bloody Vampiric Cloak which is given to the person who does the hand in. It is attuneable and dropable so you can roll on it if you wish! I hope this helps!

i haven't done it yet this year but will do it shortly & i will correct this post if it's changed, however at the 2008 EQ halloween events, you got a ticket for each of the prequests... You only need 1 ticket for the whole group to get into the Monster Mission (MM) event, however i would recommend completing all 3 prequests first because you may just need all 3 tickets (plus i don't think he will take your tickets until you've done all the prequests anyways), this MM is extremely hard, i would recommend a full group even though you only need 3 players its EXTREMELY hard without the full group and benefits of all the classes that each diety represents. Make sure someone is rallos zek and someone is bertoxxulous, after those two select erolsi marr for a cleric and cazic thule for SK w/ HT (save HT for the tougher mobs) then whoever is left gets stuck w/ the not-as-great god's... for a list of the prequests checkout the bone mask of horror and look at player comments
Ticket is obtained after doing three Halloween tasks (from Mippie (baking task), Draykey (trick or treat task) and Barsin (group collect task)).
It does not matter what sequence you do the tasks, but you will not get the ticket until you have done all three.

I just finished Old Man Drakey's quest and got a ticket. Now on to Mippie's.

It looks as if the Dressed up Halfling in Kithikor (1084, -575) gives a group task to get the ticket.

The mission name is "Out with the Old" ad is triggered for character selection for group by one person handing in the ticket to the puppet. Once all have selected a God, then each must tell the puppet "Imagine" and you rezone into kithkor forest, attempting to save it from the horrors within. Kinda fun but Gods are puny...

The ticket allows 1 group admission to do the "Out With the Old" monster mission in Kithicor. Only 1 person in the group needs the ticket. You will need a ticket for each mission that you want to do. Hand the ticket to the Silly Puppet in Kithicor..accept the mission, choose the God you want to play (choices are Terris Thule, Tunare, Erollisi Marr, Rallos Zek, Bertoxxulous and Cazic Thule). Once you've done that, just target the Silly Puppet and say "imagine"
the mission is easy there are 4 waves, you are lv 45 first wave there is a named and like 10 adds that hit for 2then you have a 5min wait time. second wave same thing adds hit for 20's again 5 min wait time, third and 4th wave are right after one another just basicly burn down named loot a stupid shield and you win.
it gives you 50% EXP BAR its so gimp done it with 3 people. you cannot loose mission if you die you just reform and keep zerging the named

Does this one ticket allow you only 1 mission entrance or is it like a one time admission and you can keep doin the mission's over and over or must you do the quest over again to be able to do the event mm again?

Does this get you into a zone or something?
Ticket gets you into an instanced mm, via the Puppet guy in Kithicor. Can't remember exact name atm, but get a group and turn in tickets to play as gods in an interesting mm :)
