Was hunting Scaled Wolves north of the "pit" where an Iksar guard is, when this little guy walked by, name is "Scaled Prowler". Light blue to a 12, dropped the cloak.

I would've preferred the belt, though.. =\

I think I was level 10 when I killed him. IO got the belt. I camp back there all the time but I haven't seen him since. Love the belt, but want the cloak.

off a scaled prowler (yeah thats it) in FoB was blue to me @ 13 estimate it was level 11 or 12

I happened to be fighting one of the scaled wolves on my 9th monk when one of these guys came running up and happly torn me to peices. I've seen them in FoB but I think they are a rare spawn.
