Neriak is the city of Dark Elves. This is the Foreign Quarter, the western-most part of the city which is directly connected to Nektulos Forest.

Many outsiders have set up shop and home here. Most notably, this area served as a temporary home for the trolls of Grobb after they were ousted from their city by the Frogloks of Marr. They've since moved out, but a few of their brethren have remained.
