Got one on Anaconda in Jaggedpine. Possible rare drop on griffons/griffene there too.

Looted it off a griffenne (lower level griffon) in Northern Karana. Merchant offered 11pp for it, so I thought it must have to be something good. Is it used for anything except quick cash?
