As of 02 Mar 2010, it appears that any spawn point can be a Troll Plunderer.
Dead Rogues do Pally DPS.
Dropped a Troll Pirate Head, no trade, weighed 13.
Also, Words of Descrying and Crystallized Sulfur.

i got mine at the fort in gunthak back when i was 47 and whent to the camp 5 or 6 times btw they sell clody poitions at the vender in the light house wish i new that then was running to freeport to get them

These guys are pretty easy if you Soothe pull them one at a time. Get more than one (at 45 at least) and it gets tricky.
But if you're out to find the Black Medallion we also saw them drop on a crewmember over in Dulak's Harbor and on a Harbor Fisherman on one of the piers in Dulak's as well. We saw both of them while fighting on the Lady Durhin.
I think the medallion is a random drop because I fought for a night in Gunthak at the fort, getting excited when these things would pop and never saw one of the Medallions...
