I don't have a shaman so I'm not 100% completely sure, but Belgar's definitive guide to Alchemy (http://www.starcrafter.org/alchemy/) makes no mention of warbone chips whatsoever.

Some ppl say don't even bother before 53 but i can tell you it's worthwhile. I've seen one dru 44 solo 1 with succes. It just takes time and patience. I won't recomment it at that lvl but it is possible. I will assume lvl 49 for these mobs as it is much safer.

Completed it on Monday-March-22-2020 after some trials and many death, You will die alot, so get those overseers exp ready.
Used a Sk and Paladin. Avoid any "Seers" skeletons, If you engage any "seers" then you are killing the wrong skeletons, just a tip.
