just got one of these on morell thule for 1500p not bad at all. replaced my carved velium brawl stick great weapon until i hit 50 then i hope to get a screamstaff or t staff.

I just got this thing..and believe me, it's worth it. Bought for 6k in Bazaar, and so far have been doubling for 150 easily while soloing giants. Not too impressive I'm sure for higher levels, but for a 29 monk with 1hb at 150, that's the best damage I've yet see myself do. Combined with a FBSS or another 20%+ haste item, and this thing is still faster than most Warrior weapons.
I switched slots from using a Fist of Rock and Cane of Tranquil...where i was getting faster hits, but low damage..like 15-20 if i was lucky. IMHO, quadding for 20*4 and doubling for 75*2...i'll take the slightly slower speed for improved damage.

I play on Tallon Zek and my monk is only level 33 and the hardest i've hit with this thing so far is about 140, also i don't see how it is selling so cheap on other servers because on Tallon Zek it sells for 25-30k depending on the seller, guess things are more expensive on a PvP server.

these things are going about 40k or so on the Luclin server ask a PC on it most of the prices were around 40k

Are you sure you're not thinking of a Runed Fighers Staff? It's 19/20 and it goes in the 35-40k range. Same ratio but hits twice as fast. 40k for this one is kinda high I think.

This item seems to sell for a great deal less than the classic T-staff (and before you tell me I know the T-staffhas a unresistable stun on it). But when you are looking at the two from an damage ratio point of view then at high levels its quite easy in a balanced group to achieve 100% haste most of the time. Thsi 100% haste would drop the T-staff to 29/15 weapon, very cool but the IFS would go all the way to a 39/20 with haste having a greater effect on a longer delay weapon. So in anutshell if you are packing uber haste wont this be a better general purpose weapon than the T-staff. I dont know just a thought.........

I would believe that. I am now seeing them on Antonius Bayle for 7000-8000pp! That's cheap but then the AB server economy is seriously upside down.

Duh Guys, think about it, the guy hitting for 400 was probably heavily buffed and using Innerflame...Not trying to dis you other 60 monks out there, but you gotta think before you post that its impossible. And My damage bonus on it at 58 is 29, which makes warriors ***** their pants for some reason heheheh...

I used this in my 40's then sold it and went to 1hb's. I did good dmg with a jade mace and Ringed mace of ykesha, but i bought another IFS today because its alot more fun to crush with this monster than get a bunch of spam from weak 1hb hits.
Anyway its posted now on the item that the damage bonus is 14

For example, if a druid looks for a damage bonus on a monk only item, none will be listed. Dmg bonus for a 40 dly weapon would be approx 10 pts starting at level 50 and would increase from there.

Go pick up a weighted axe with a melee class. At around 35 or so monk, I that thing gives a 43 damage bonus... too bad its 150 delay lol. No, I'm NOT using it. If you sell it to a vendor, it doesn't even sell for 2 plat. Giants will drop it, but they never wield it.
Not exactly. DB displayed is what DB you would get if you eqipped the item, regardless of if you are allowed to equip it. Since no caster (int or wis based) gets DBs, it never displays one on any weapon.

Hmm, actually my bard can see damage bonuses on non-bard-usable weaps. But I don't recall my casters ever seeing a bonus. Perhaps only melees get the bonuses, thus only they get to see them? That's what I've heard people say, and it makes sense to me, but I'm not positive.

Yes, as a monk, i can also see dmg bonus on some warrior 1hs and 2hs. Picked up ifs at lvl 52 had 18 dmg bonus, at 54 now has 20 dmg bonus if anybody wants to know.

Now that some damage bonuses are posted on weapon.. anyone know what the bonus is on this?

I was wondering WTF! I mean if IFS replaced the RFS and RFS dropped off frenzied then why would this drop off the PH of the frenzied :p Thanks for clearing that up.

59 monk, 255 str, max 2hb skill, epic atk buff, max hit 221. Not sure if it would be possable to break 230 with this thing, but I may be wrong, unless there is some other atk buff that stacks with celestial tranquility or is just better I dont see it happening.

I actually crushed for 232 with this. Had Avatar + Celestial Tranquility + Call of the Predator though =)

Incredible Weapon for monks just got one for my monk and sold my efreeti ice staff, then bought a phase spider carapace wheew kick *** weapon and damage

i aggree that this ius a very good monk weapon although i think traquil staff is much better. it doesn't hit as hard but is alot faster. 29 30 rocks, 38 40 is as well sweet as hell. i guess it just depends whether u want to hit harder or faster.

ok, the guy who said he was hitting for 400 is full of it. Wanna check real dmg, go to www.monkly-business.com, they have a dmg calculator. With this weapon, max dmg is placed at 212.66, with maxed 2h blunt skill (252) and max str (255). The guy hitting 223 was probably telling the truth, or at least he can lie with some intelligence.
monks get a discipline at lvl 56 or 57 which makes them hit like twice as hard. he was probably using that and maybe attack buffs (like avatar)
