| The Plane of Earth is home to The Rathe, the embodiment and consciousness of the pure, primal earth. The terrain of this realm is varied and includes jungles, caverns, muddy lakes and burrows. The lands are filled with precious jewels forced by the mighty powers of the earth.
The many structures found within the plane are earthen temples of monumental size.Beyond the engineering capabilities of mortal civilizations, inhabited by servants of The Rathe and other denizens of the plane. The Rathe themselves reside within the vast open spaces of the plane where their essence intertwines with that of the realm. Their bodies, composed of earth and flora, feed eternally upon the life-giving warmth of the plane's own sun. Level 60 is required to enter the zone without a flag on the live servers. |

Fabled A Korascian Warlord Spawned Droped a Fabled Ball of Golem clay today on The Nameless Seems to be the old illusion but has a 5 min Buff that procs a Snare that overwrites Ranger snare. Saw a "Fabled the Living Earth" mob today when fables came up.
All of the ring events are also fabled.

Just killed Fabled Vekerchiki Warrior. Had 80 ranger and 2 80 clerics. Easily one groupable.
Max hit on me was 2300 and quaded me for around 4k. I am max defensive with about 16k hitpoints and 3k AC.
Enrages but doesn't rampage. Snareable but not slowable. Not sure if you can root him.
He dropped a Fabled Living Fragment of Earth. I am guessing it is for Fabled Gate Talisman quest.

Did they change it so you can't do the rathe trick? The throw a shuriken FD..let reset get up throw another at it and it's singled?
how do you get to them, ive never done any progression but curious, cause people have foguht them and yet theyre not on the bestiary, just curious, and whats this talk of plane of earth b and how come there no link to that zone, again, just curious about this alphabet stuff with zones
The Rathe Council is not in Vegarlson, the Earthen Badlands. But to get to them you have to kill A Mystical Arbitar of Earth in this zone. Then you get acess to Ragrax, Stronghold of the Twelve. Its right off of Plane of Earth A. In Plane of Earth B(Ragrax) is a few nameds and The Rathe Council really so once you clear through Plane of Earth B(to get to rathe you must kill all nameds unless you get a CoH) your right by their island now, its a long raid but its fun so :)
btw... poe-b is open to pretty much everyone that has the minimum lvl req - I just zoned into poe-b from the zone in of poe-a - I have not kill the mystical arbiter so don't have flags.

Just want to know If I am flagged for Sol ro zone, am I likely to to be flagged for here too??
We have killed MM TZ and VZ, no RZ yet. Other flags include berty grummus MD AD .. possibly missd mentioning some there.

For FULL elemental acces you need: Poj, Grummus, Behemoth, AD(pov), TT/hedge(pon), TZ/VZ/RZ, Bertox, Bot key from pos, Agnaar, HoH 3 trials/hohb (mm), sol ro minis/sol ro emp, i might have forgotten a few but thats the ones i remember

"A Decaying Spelunker" new mob in earth a, blue to a 67, our raid surmised it was an alternate flagging mob for earth(probably as of the new 85/15 patch)
They've always spawned, in that little nook on the North wall. They pop out of traps in fairly large quantities when you step inside.

This zone can only dc charm? =/ anyone know if any of the 64 mobs can be reg charmed?
Nope, nothing. I do parse the dc ones at 100dps with haste tho,which is a nice increase.

Triumvirate of Soil i guess its named lol its red to me at 65! not on list of mobs

Triumvirate of Soil spawns in two versions and is part of the Dust Ring. First versions spawn after trigger is killed and con dark blue. Once all of the Dusty Devotees are killed, the Triumvirates respawn and con red.. once these are killed, the Perfected Warder of Earth spawns. During the fight with him, the Triumvirates (redcons) spawn again.

Red con. Is the named for rock ring when its not dropping loot.

Has anyone ever seen "A Lesser Arbitor of Earth before? normaly the "Mystical arbitor of earth" spawns.

"A Lesser Arbitor of Earth" Flags for PoEb, but drops no loot. Its a PH for the MAoe. As in if the MAoe doesn't pop after the rings.. the lesser will. It sucks, no loot, I know.. but hey its SoE for ya
No for my flag I fought a Lesser Arbitar of Earth and it did drop loot and handed out the normal flags for PoEB

They are part of the Dust ring event.
Three of these pop during one of the rings, I believe it's mud ring. If you saw one of these, it's likely there was a failed or bugged raid, and it wasn't killed.
