Got this last night on Tarew Marr, thrilled to have it. It replaced my old ornate bracer. Ya sure a druid doesnt really need the haste but this thing frikkin rocks anyways. Love the stats, love the extended range, and yes I like to melee in adventures, expeditions so the haste isnt a total loss.
1) haste never hurts even as a druid casue there are soem decent ratio weaps out there for us.
2) now that our weapons can proc via augs we could actualyl be usefull for meele procing dmg or if you have the Dark Mace of Thought which has a tap of 400 mana so if you aug taht weapon id say a druid could be quite usefull meele, just immagine if those chaplins in PoF were too oom to cast heal how much less of a hastle they would be. Im not saying taht a druid deserves this item mroe then any other class im just saying that just because it has haste not to count us out either.

20 to SvF,C and M. Not all Elemental Wrists have that, could be a good resist bracer if you don't have better.
If you're in PoEarth you undoubtedly have access to Elemental wrist armor! So conflicted! /sob
