This guy casts Fabled Raging Blizzard https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=13469 pretty often as well as memblurring himself.
This dude is one hell of a pain in the ***. Right from the get go he starts memblurring like a crazy mother and before you know it, your mercs are down and you are soon to follow. He also spawns ridiculous amounts of adds making it hard to keep dps on him because they need to keep breaking off and killing the others. I'm going to test a new strat tomorrow by casting anti-agro stuff on all chars other than the tank to see if that will give him an easier time to keep agro. It seemed to work for Peregrin, but he blurs no where near as often as this guy does.
My guild attempted this event last night, but was only able to get him to 50%-ish before we wiped. This is what I've noticed:
1. Melee - Seems to be on par with the other level 85 fabled POP mobs. Got hit for 5.4k max on my 5k ac buffed, level 80 WAR. Definitely quads. I did not see any flurries. I think he had wild rampage though.
2. Adds - He calls on 3 "Triumvate Protectorate" mobs every 40-50 seconds while aggroed. They seem to rush from the open fields of the zone (I have no idea where they actually spawn). The adds will sometimes aggro chain other trash mobs in the area while they rush the raid. Some are mezzable, others have to be killed. Either way, be prepared to deal with a hell of a lot of them. We had around 35+ mobs spawn in total before we wiped.
3. Chain memblurring - This is what makes this mob extremely dangerous. Delegating a main tank for the event DOES NOT WORK for this mob. He memblurs once every 5 seconds, it seems (LAME!). Tanks need to fight for aggro on this guy.
We attempted this event with 20+ people. My guild is mostly POR/Demiplane/Crystallos-group geared.

Tried him today with a friend, he spit out smaller versions of himself, 4 almost immediately, then another 4 about 30 seconds into the fight. We weren't ready for those. hits hard and fast, and shammy slow was resisted twice even with tash and malo.
