| At the base of the Direwind Cliffs are deep valleys infested with death and disease. Of the griffons, bears, and wolves that are still alive, most are infected with some sort of illness, perhaps brought on by the Darkroot sporali which are now rampant in the area and feeding off the corpses of the deceased.
Direwind is also home to a clan of gnolls. And as evidenced by the ratkin and ratcallers among their ranks, they too have not escaped the diseases at work here. The forces of Dyn`leth are abundant in the area, as they man the watch towers along the mountain cliffs. The Gray Legion occupies a valley in the southeast while the Black Legion resides in several camps just outside the passage to Ashengate. They all have one thing in mind: Protect the Reliquary of the Scale. The cliffs themselves make for a steep trek. One must be careful while ascending the mountains, as one false step will lead to certain death in the canyons below. The dark and gloomy Direwind Cliffs are a far cry from the Sunderock Springs which lie to their south. |

Just ran across Darkroot Spore, it sees through invis and SoS. But, no spells will stick same with melee attack.

Jenroy, The Envroy of Ro
Gives a task called:
Children of Flame
And a 2nd task called:
A Daring Rescue!
Task one has you receive an ashen incubator and need click on it to hatch eggs in ashengate then click on it again to capture the baby drakes that spawn. Bring 4 captured baby drakes back to this NPC
The second task has you kill Arbiter of Ash!

Around the Greylegion camp there is many "a supply crate" any idea what they are for?

ive noticed alot of these mobs listed as monsters are actualy undead as usualy listed when undead,just thought i would bring this to attention

Just seen... Telgrith,Black Legion Captain... today. didnt drop anything and wasnt to hard(about the same as MC Hammerfist and Kendra . do have a screen shot i saved,not sure how to post. he didnt drop anything :( popped by ashengate zi area or so.

Zhubis the Griffon Tamer is a mob in Direwind posted at the griffon camp you get ported to after calling the griffons from Keshik. He gives out 70+ quests.

He is in Sundock Spring not Direwind
Not sure about Sunderrock Springs, but Darkenfin most definitely IS in Direwind. It is entirely possible that he can spawn in both zones.

If you hug the south part of the BIG zone...spells are bound to drop.I was able to finish all but 2 RK2 spells and I also got all of my mob only spells (yay new pet toys) within 3 days of camping...
