The picture for this weapon is incorrect, the text is correct.
Apparently there is more that one item in the game with this name.
The one in the bazaar had the low level stats but I saw a different
one with different stats. Very odd.

nerfed big time. Delay is still 21 but base dmg is now 5,
ac is 2, hp mana and end are 39, stats are all 3. still has
the proc of 100. So sad...

It still has the same dmg/delay/hp and the like, it is 99% likely that you were on a lower-level character and forgot to click the "modified" button ....

as of last nights patch.. it is now 20/21.. glad i bought while it was cheap.
Now 18/21 post TSS-weap revamp.

Stats are nice but the ratio seems kind of crappy. 16/21 is worse than Luclin Era and the stats are elemental quality.
