That's lame! Those of us who cannot afford the newest expansion can no longer use our potion belts?? We have them all along then they take them away. We have 4 accounts between us, and now we have to wait until we can afford that, so much for being with the game for 9 years, longevity doesn't mean a thing apparently.

It's called a bug. They'll fix it. Be patient. It's amazing how bent out of shape people get over things that are clearly bugs in an incredibly complex program that is updated very routinely.

LOL you think a company really cares how long you have been with them? I am sure your supermarket cares how long you have been shopping their or your internet provider also cares how long you have been a customer. Get real, all you are is 1/10000000 who pays them a miniscule fraction of anything. No one is going to bend over backwards to appease you, find enjoyment yourself or find a new game.

I remember back in the day when I had AOL as an ISP, you talk about almost impossible to cancell service (think they cared)

Grocery stores... go express your discontent with an item (that they didnt make package or create) and trust me 9 times out of 10 you get your money back

Im not sure where you get the attitude or mentality about a customer service orientated industry adopting your attitude of if you dont like it go F yourself but not sure if you have any clue what you are talking about

As far as SoE is concerned, yes things need to be brought to their attn so they can be addressed in a manner that appeals to the subscriber base.

I complaint may be little, but if people like you dont try to silence folks eventually things get heard and at times even get a favorable outcome not only for that one customer but for the community as a whole.
