Bahahahahhaah 5-6 groups. Ummm.

We took 2 1/2 groups. So only 16 people

4 clerics, 57 53 51 34
2 warriors 54 34
3 sk's 52 50 29
1 paladin 52
1 enchanter 51
2 Druids 51 28
1 necro 39
1 ranger 34
1 shaman 52

Why such a large level spread? Because we don't think you need uber lvl 50+ all the time. If they don't care, we don't care.

Drood harmony pulled with warrior pulling off her.
The 3 higher clerics took turns doing CH on the main tank. Enchanter chain cast Rune III.

Then basic mob killing. No one died. Simple. Fun.

Me and some guildies today about 15 or so of us all lvl51+ killed this guy and his 2 friends, after reading the other posts about him i thought we'd have a hard time today but after a minute or two we killed him, he droped nothing but a lvl 60 bard song =( was very disapointing so if your raiding skyshrine skip this guy and move in deeper to better loots

These guys along with his two friends arent to hard if you have a good strategy. We killed all three things seperately of course with only 33 people or so, levels ranging from 45 to 55 with a level 60 warrior tanking, just have the chanters chain rune the main tank and keep him healed and its pretty easy.

Strange, but the name "Talon" rings a bell. Back on my iksar monk I remember this great swift tail. They say he died...and here is a skeleton. So I'm wandering if this is related to the great talon himself? Just a theory.

Fists of Talon is an iksar monk quest for the shackle of rock I believe. Very involved long quest. But it was said that Talon died in Kunark and his body was laid out in Kurn's tower if I remember correctly.

He hits for low 300s max, flurry attacks, rampages, and enrages near the end of the fight, is a warrior. Dropped for us a seer lore tome.(13 int 40 mana book)

We had about 5-6 groups containing all 50+ people...he was difficult but certainly not uber...and we did manage to split him from the 2 mobs next to him
