Not only are these droppable, but they sell for the King's Ransom of 4g 7s 6c with 140 CHA. Don't spend it all in one place.

These are no-drop items.
Looted some yesterday Nov 18 2004, and they were definately no-drop.
So far there is no known use for them.

These overgrown rat whiskers, allong with many other items dropping from the new zone creatures, do not have much info to go allong with them yet. As 'no-drop' items, one would assume there will be some kind of quest associated with them, but it's a relatively new zone still, so even if there is a quest, it might be some time before anyone figures out what it is and then posts the info in all the pertinant places.
Meanwhile, inventories are filling up fast with things we don't have any idea what to do with...
It may end up being all just junk to destroy - but untill we can be sure of that, the no-drop loot is gathering like junk mail
