This is a dot that lasts a long time but has low tick damage. Use this spell when you are soloing and the mob will take a long time to kill.

Your post must be in response for a SK. I'm a level 12 necro and just love this spell. all you have to do is cast engulfing darkness on a mob and then this and just kite. that way the mob is snared and you're doing 28 damage per tick.. the snare wheres off? no prob, have pet attack and then repeat. just my 2 cp
