The mob and all PHs are on a timed cycle of about 20ish minutes. Each mob spawns, stays up for a short while then despawns. No need to kill PHs for him to pop.
The Spell: Renew Bones is researchable.

This guys spawn sucks. Nearly 2 dozen clears of the 3rd floor and he never spawned. He may be broken. Not sure, but just get the research version of the spell if that is all your after.

Were in the zone does this guy spawn at ?
I saw him at +150, -340, -178 , just before the hole in the wall with the water behind, leading to The Kly's area.
He dropped eveyrthing mentioned on the Known Loot list hereabove, except the Serpentwood staff.

He drops a nodrop/lore/norent tattered memo. It identifies as Revenant Vytrix.

shows signs of Iksar craftsmanship, but of the age of Atrebe. I know
the other part must be here. It would fetch heavy coin.
It seems to be the background for the Long Iron Rod quest.

Ive been camping that spot where he spawns for 8hours. AND HE HASNT SPAWNED ONCE!!!

yeah the robe looks awesome, and im sorry but the stats SUCK. i mean they SUCK. and this thing is worth 1,2, maybe even 3k? thats a bit much for looks, cuz you Necro's sure as heck aren't getting it for the stats

this guy is ******* annoying he never drops the tomb shroud and i dont want to pay the few k it costs to buy it just decided to kill him while i am doing visceral dagger quest but i am about to give up

camped him for about 2 hours and got the tattered tomb shroud, as well as 2 pairs of tattered arm wrappings off the crusader. does anyone know how much this would sell for on VALLON ZEK?

This is the deal. Camped him 14 hours on Monday, got 5 hours sleep, back up camped him for 26 hours straight...went to bed...now i'm at another 6 hours today. and still no Tattered Tomb Shroud. but i have got 5 serpentwood staff's. Really a big pain in the *****

What are the stats of the staff, I checked some sites.. even they didnt have stats of it so.

Staff, if i remember correct. Was about 12 dmg. 40 dly or something to that sort. Wasn't good enough to keep. i just destroyed em. To lazy to carry the weight. =)

The wand of pain is a quest item used for the 29th level necro spell Renew Bones, which is a pet heal spell.
