These seem to have a higher drop rate than the rest of the rats for the velium twink weapons.

These have a 15 minute spawn time, or just under. I timed it at 14m50s.

immediately adjacent to zlandicar's lair there are two spawns right next to each other, both mobs that spawn there tend to be hoarders. occasionally one will be "a chetari packrat" or the whelp kidnapper. i have seen the hoarders levels as high up as 62. the necromancer hoarders do not summon. the warrior ones do summon. however, they only summon every 12 seconds so its very possible to kite them anyways.
on a similar subject~ i was farming for the whelp kidnapper and got a book drop off of a necromancer hoarder, "unkempt seed rituals".

Ive been all over this zone and have nto seen these guys. Not to mention, never seen them on track.

Two of them spawn just before zlands room, drop a a couple spells each normally
What tunnel? Have a general loc of these creatures?

Enter the Tunnels and follow them south. Take the West split and the 2nd to last large cavern room, there are 2 of them there. Fought a few of them. They cast, They summon, they have a lot of HP, they hit hard (200's) and they gate. Not all summon, but cant tell which one do and which dont. They snare and root and have nukes as well as dots and dispell. Gee, what dont they have? OH, they dont heal. hehe.
They drop this fairly often.
