Translucent Powersources are also dropped by ...
1) Gatewatch Urgwit
2) Belgar, Captain of the Wall
3) There was another named in the East Tower that dropped it, but i cannot think of its name atm.
I've also seen Gatewatch drop a couple Flickering Powersources and Belgar dropped a Softly Glowing Powersource.
PS. I'd say it's safe to assume any named that can drop one powersource, can drop any of them.
