Vulak and Vex Thal are the only places where all the 'ancient' spells will drop. Including this one.

Does anyone know that this spell actually drops? I can't find any screenshots, and the high guild on Vallon Zek says they've never seen it either.

It dropped for me on 11-15-05 off Aten Ha Ra.
We have cleared VT 3 times before it did drop...

Only known sourcce of Anceint spells to date is the new Vulak ring. Only ever successfully spawned on one instance to my knowledge (www.afterlifeguild.org), and according to VI, completing the ring only offers a *chance* for Vulak to spawn. It's not guarenteed that after 3 hours clearing the ring, you'll even have Vulak spawn. The term for this I believe is 'working as intended'
