Based on our experiences on Phinny.

TANKS:
Wave 1: AoE Threat Generation - Keep mobs off your Clerics.
Wave 2: Paladins on a drachnid handmaiden, Warriors/SKs continue to cycle AoE threat.
Wave 3: Warriors on a risen ancient (unslowable) - these come out staggered.
- Knights will need to generate snap aggro on the mobs that spawn upon splits (a vengeful ancient[2] and an enraged ancient[3]).
Wave 4: Warrior Main Tank on Sendaii, establish ST Rampage if possible.
75%: She splits into 4 copies (Sendaii, the Hive Queen), we will need a tank on each.
50%: Upon bringing the correct copy to 50%, the fakes despawn. The correct one is significantly lighter in color.
25%: TONS of mobs will spawn (a drachnid elite guard), SKs and Warriors need to attempt to generate aggro on these without doing damage (Stack up and AE enchanter stun them and AoE Nuke them down.).

MEZZERS: Mez the following mobs:
Wave 1: a warded drone
Wave 2: a devoted acolyte
Wave 3:a vengeful ancient (2 Split) / an enraged ancient (3 Split)

DEBUFFERS:
Please debuff as much as possible, particularly in Wave 3. Most mobs are slowable (exception: a risen ancient - Wave 3).
It is particularly important to get the a drachnid handmaiden (Wave 3) resist debuffed so that Paladins can land stuns to interrupt healing.
Spirit of Sloth is particularly helpful here if possible. Keep it active on Tanks, Enchanters, other high priority targets.

DPS:
The following waves are DPS checks:
Wave 1
Wave 2 - attempt to get damage on cleric mobs when DA is not active
Wave 3 - only tanks should be AROUND A VENGEFUL ancient after 10% health. They explode upon death.
THIS WAVE IS NOT A DPS CHECK. We have 45 minutes to complete this phase.
Wave 4 - use poison cures, healing potions.
Full burn at 25%
Cleanup - all mobs must die for us to win.

HEALERS:
Clerics: keep DAs loaded, it is very likely you will get threat at various points in this encounter.
Cures: poison (Wave 4)

General:
Avoid the big spider.
Move Clockwise around the room (follow the raid mark).
Request poison cures (or use potions/clicks) in Wave 4.
Using /hidecorpse always is highly recommended.

(Thanks Xeon)

Lev effects
# Nov 02 2007 at 7:17 AM Rating: Decent
Once she engages, Sendaii begins removing levitation effects from everyone in the room. Don't bother recasting, she will just banish again. Apparently she's intent on keeping everyone's feet on the ground, probably so her left/right fling AE's will actually fling.

All splitter mobs in phase 3 are undead, nothing else in the encounter is undead.
Last wave question
# Jun 18 2007 at 7:45 PM Rating: Decent
The 30+ adds she spawns when she is almost dead, does anyone know if they are considered undead or not? Just wondering this to see if the Necro AA Dead Mesmerization would help at all or not. Thanks.

DoD hive Queen raid

this is a timed raid
smash egg to begin event
adds will spawn after a min. or two. There are two kinds of adds mezz mezzable ones and tank unmezz. ones.
once all are dead everyone gets full hp/mana
adds spawn. mezz handmaidens (clerics) and acolyte. Tank and kill all other adds killing handmaidens last.
once all are dead everyone gets full hp/mana
Queen all the while is non-aggro. Queen gets up (still non-aggro) and walks around room spawning single adds. Once all adds are spawned she is still non-aggro but AE's a 12k+ nuke when she stops walking.
Single adds (nonmezz) spawn 2 adds(mezzable 6K AE when killed). Each of those 2 adds spawn 3 adds.(mezzable)
once all are dead everyone gets full hp/mana
Queen becomes active.
Kill to 75% queen splits into 4. Find real queen dps and tank other 3.
somewhere after 50% 3 fake queens depop
There is a spot along the north east part of the wall that allows tanks and chanters to wedge into. Get queen there.
At 25% a buttload of adds spawn in the room and rush to you.(half are stunable/half are mezzable).
Enchanters alternate between their point blank stun/mezz while rest of raid burns Queen.

Dead spider.

real queen actually doesnt have high dps, most other raid encounters have much higher dps. the big difference is that real queen drops much slower then the fake one. also, my guild killed sendaii last night, big big note, YOU MUST KILL ADDS to get credit for this kill, we were burning down sendaii, and killed her, but then wiped 2 the adds at the end and didnt get credit got the kill.

adds respawn forever. To make this post clearer I think he means you finish them after you kill sendaii. Otherwise if your primary focus is destroying the adds, you're going to wipe
