Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay

This mob popped in the pit near the water. Unkillable. 115 Warrior, 115 Shaman, 115 Bard, 115 Shadowknight, and 2 mercs (1 healer & 1 Rogue). We could do No damage to it at all.
It conned light blue. Weird text came up after it popped. Text and mob pics in Screenshots.

NPC merchant named "a dealer". Ratman model. The zone contains about 20 "a dealer" and apparently not all of them sell the templates for making the Wither & Decay ornaments (Hero's Forge). Once I found a dealer with the templates in inventory, I checked no further dealers. Perhaps only 1 in the zone sells the templates? Unconfirmed speculation!

You get to this zone from the Demiplane of Life by clicking Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul, the item you obtain by completing the three quests:

Into the Temple (1st)
Seal of Approval
Into the Temple (2nd)

The first consists of one hail, the second of running around with 6 Hails and the last takes a bit more work.

The clicky is instant and it also works to return you from Decay to Life. I haven't checked yet if it works in combat but if so we know have a class-wide instant evac even superior to the already overpowered clicky PoK stein. (Of course THIS zone-clicky only works in the two zones.) Don't quote me on this but, really, this zone-clicky shouldn't be instant. I'm not saying make it take 30 seconds but instant is too powerful.
