You say, 'personal favor'
Mayor Soltiman Wex leans in and speaks quietly, 'I have my suspicions that the Bokon are not committed to their tasks. Rumors have reached me that they are not handling the newly dead with the proper reverence. I want you to kill a few wandering adventurers and then see how the Bokon deal with the body. See if the bodies are given to the temple as they should be and if the Bokon treat them with dignity.'

Mayor Soltiman Wex has asked you to undertake a task as a personal favor. He is concerned about rumors that the Bokon are not handling the newly dead with the proper reverence. In order to this theory, he needs an outsider to kill another outsider to see how the Bokon handle the body.

And when you're done, tell Bokon Stuppa that he's next if he can't keep his people in line.'
