I use this spell to pull, its really good.
Super far range can let you hit almost anything in your sight, and 1 sec stun gives more time to run back to camp.
I haven't find a better spell to do this in mid 40's.

12 less mana than Flame Shock, and a stun too. Sounds worth the 20 or so points of dmg FS has over it.
