I got this scroll to drop off a fierce cragwalker in Natimbi, on the Stromm server.
This actually casts Ultravision, the best sight modifier/night vision in the game. Always keep this on you. It's like the Plainsight affect on the ornate line head gear, except with the added bonus of the archery mod.
Beside the archery mod, this spell provides nigth vision and see invisible. If your race cant see in dark and you doesnt have a perma see invisible item, it's better to have this spell up rather than usual see invisible. We rangers got the problem of the cap at 15 buffs until level 60 (14 if you actually keep a free slot for HoT spells) and this spell has the great particularity to be multi purpose.
