I don't see any Witchdoctor in the beastiary, who drops this? Does it still drop?
i know this dropped before they revamped AC, i don't know if it still drops now . (RoV was about the only high end guild that took the effort to get keys for inner )

One of you Ring of Valor folks want to give us some more insight on the mob that drops this please?
Out of the Inner Acrylia loot, this is probobly one of the few "almost decent enough to not wipe butt with" when looking at encounter difficulties there.
hehe I was almost thinking they'd make it Tunare only . . cuz they almost seem to punish Karana Rangers. ;D

Allakhazam shows this from Inner Acrylia at the moment...which makes sense, since its RoV tagged, and they've been running around back there. But this one confuses me. Its not no drop, it has a recommended level (the VT rec level), and its almost usable. All of which make me wonder if it wasn't supposed to drop somewhere else.
In any case, I could see this being legitimately used at the level it is obtained. The stats are reasonable, and are high on HP, which is what a 60 ranger is going to want to see. Its also an instant-click archery buff, which is likely to be useful for the ranger at least occasionally. Sadly, very few rangers will ever see this. With the loot in Inner Acrylia in its current condition, I don't forsee more than 2 or 3 guilds ever bothering with the time, trouble, and expense of getting a guild back there.
