I camped there for many hours, spectral librarian and tortured librarian usually dropped tome. So many tome rotted until the shroud was dropped.

So the drop information should be:
Common: Spirit Tome
Rare: Sage's battle staff, Spectral shroud

Kunzar cloak is dropped in Karnor. Kunzar mantle is only dropped from tortured librarian.

I remember a while ago when this zone was fairly undiscovered, that a nice group and I hunted at the library in the back by the fountain. We got 6 librarians (3 tortured, 3 spectral) which was 4 tomes, 1 shroud and 1 Sage's Battle Staff. Not to mention we got the Ravener Tail Whip at the nearby ruined house. Was a great night overall with only one bad pull that resulted in one death.

He drops a spectral shroud, and the spirit tome. The spectra; shroud is a cloak, looks like a polar bear cloak, and is ac 5 sv magic and poison 5. Pretty neat for a newbie. Spirit tome is wis 6 int 6 looks like an open book. That's his rare drop.
