Easy to solo right now as a 46 druid, they are harder to kill than the lvl 40-44 wurms and wyverns in Skyfire, so yes, they min level is higher, i have had one even con (when i was 44). But they are easy to dot kite solo, snare, dot, root, root, dot, etc, after 7 dots re snare, do it again til dead, With a lil over 2000 mana, took about 50% to knock one of these down with no resists.

Is also dropped at least by these. I got one last night. War only 7/20 10 AC. Some still con blue to me at 54 but that's more the rare than the norm. They also are supposed to drop Wu's too. I have gotten a GJB from them but not a Wu's yet.

NO they have the lvl range wrong i killed a couple phantons in groups today and they were hittin upto 107 and were yellow to red to a lvl 40 warrior

These guys are lvl 39 to 43ish. They have about 6k hitpoints so they are about three times as hard to kill as a shadow based on hitpoints. They don't melee terribly well tho, so if you have some serious haste on you can mow these things down.

I just casted cripple and slow on one of these and my pet got it to about 40% health before I had to help any further. These are good exp in the lvl 50-54 range. After that these start to be green con too much.

a phantom droped a GJB the other night and i lost the stupid roll to someone that rolled 96 when i had 90 i was so mad... and to top it off i rolled a 100 right after they rolled the 96.... i was so AAAARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH

I was in here the other day, and this mug conned red to me at 39. This was viewed from the entrance looking up to the right side of the castle on the roof. I'll venture to say that max lvl isn't 38 =P I would say 43ish or so.
