Some pretty good posts in here, unfortunately I still believe it's just vendor trash... They should of at least made it a Lore item... Sold for 4.7.6.2 to Yenny Werlikanin in the Guild Hall by a Level 87 Wizard with 552 Charisma...

Got one off a shard wurm today, still know idea what it is for but got one-- lol
These were dropping off the cyclopses that are on the first island west of the Sisters of Erollisi island. They also happen to be the placeholders for the ancient cyclops. Location +1000 -8026 in the Ocean of Tears.

This thing dropped off an Aroused Bloodbone in the Mistmoore LDoN adventure. I repeat: a PEARL NECKLACE dropped off an AROUSED BLOODBONE. On to me. What is this quest? Somebody told me that it was for the Skinflute of Bloodhorn quest. What is it?

Yeah, I was hanging out with my friend and he asked me to do him a favor. He wanted me to kneel to him and then when I did he gave me one of these. When I asked him why he was all like "rooflez man, you'll find out when u get sum pubez"
Don't know what that means, but I'm guessing that pubez = a key to some place uber or something.
I love the Pearl Necklace he gave me and wear it all the time. People inspect me and "lol man, that's teh tightest ever. The guy that gave that to you must think a lot about you, lol" but I always wondered how they knew it was a guy. Oh well

Sharks do, however, have a cartilaginous skeleton, so it should really be "shark cartilage" instead of "shark bones."

An apparent oversight by Verant... Unless this represents the jawbone or teeth. Or maybe the sharks here do have bones. It is a fantasy world, you know.
