Minotaur Excavators:

Rootable and Snareable. They do not summon.
More HP than Miners, probably 85-90K
Good loot, stackables worth up to 70 PP, 75th to 78th RkII spells, and Elegant Defiant drops
Hit from the front for 1500 or so
Backstabs up to 5K, high stun chance from behind
If they run up to you, root and BACK AWAY. If you "Push Through" you are likely to get stunned and backstabbed.
