I attempted to fight him as an 84 SK with mostly Abstruse armors & Cleric merc. It did not go well, although I did manage to pull him all the way to the myconid area that he banishes you. He occasionally banished me to the undead area and would summon me back. The real problem was being blinded and banished at a surprising rate and was stuck being beat on and more lifetaps and DoTs spammed on me. It appeared that he would banish me anyway to the myconid spot and it faced me away from him. Tough SoB and was fun doing it all. I'm now 86 with some reis armors and await his spawn again to exact some revenge! =D. Have fun with your fights guys and gals.
Soloed it today as a lvl 85 tower-geared 3k AA mage. Took forever (little over 1hr) I just let my pets beat it down (and I used a pet glyph). Watch the enrage, it's nasty.
pretty doubtful since he banishes a soloer at 98% by time u get back hes 100% cuz u cannot make it back in time to keep on agro list so pretty doubtfull man as I am 85 monk tower geared and UF geared I tried 18 times everytime i got him around 97% banished ohh and btw they cannot banish just ur merc so dont try that one bud
You know the trick where people pull trak to the banish point? I'm assuming it works the same for fabled trak so long as you can take the few hits and cleared everything prior... /shrug
That same logic would say its impossible to solo the key piece droppers in Sanctus Seru to get to Lord Inquistor Seru. Except that's not true. The pet has aggro and cannot be banished, so the solo is successful. You can't solo it because you have to tank it as a PC.
I was there this weekend doing some recon for my bard's epic and ran into the fabled trak in his lair. My bard was just inside the room with the one way door that you click the pot to get into adn I didn't recall seeing the fabled trak on track, maybe he was all the way at the bottom of the window and I didn't scroll down far enough. Anyways since I didn't dee him on track I went scouting ahead with my 73 beast invised and ran into him. I agroed him and two of his gaurdian jugs and I got stuck in the water for a little bit trying to run back. I conned trak and I swear he was dark blue to me at level 73. He didn't really beat on me too much, he was mostly casting.
It looks like SoE has done some adjustments here since last year. Both Fabled Trakky and Fabled Tola were up when we went in tonight. Engaging one caused the other to engage (No, you can't clear Tola then move to Trakky...)
First attempt - pulling the jugs at the top of the ramp caused both Fabled and all nearby mobs to attack. Wipe was quick...
Second attempt - tried to rush Tola, but attack caused Trakky to jump in. Banished players found out that the Fabled Cryptkeeper had spawned. It was just ugly....
Recommendations - 3-4 70+ groups, one group on Tola while the others deal with Trakky.
YES, his aggro radius is freaking huge. I was farming jugs near the bridge with the hole in it before you go up to Trak/Tolapumj's area and he aggro'd me from there. I don't know if he's on the same spawn time as the Undead Bard, but we did the Undead Bard / Undead Trakanon for a Bard at around 2pm, and now the Fabled Trakanon spawned on me at 12pm the next day.
It would summon the non-fabled, bard version of Trak.

The key to this fight is to not bring any morons to the raid. Simple raiding tactics are required. 1. Aggro control. Trak will port the main tanks and change aggro to the next on the list so all tanks need to be at the top of the aggro list. 2. You need a mage in the tank group. 3. Bards need to sing AE resists. You may even want to setup cleric groups with a bard. 4. Spread out the pallies to help with group healing.
Trak hits hard, but not fast. The most I got hit for was 3900 with out defensive. No tanks died to Trak till the morons that think raiding is turn on attack and watch the mob die got aggro and died leaving just the tanks, clerics and a couple other players with skill. You may also want to bring more than 29 to the raid.
Resisted everything with resist buffs + resist disc + AoE bard song, only problem is watch out for fabled tolapumj, he spawns right there where you fight trak
We accidentally pulled this guy while trying to get the fabled frog. Hits 5k-ish on our 10k+ tank and has a horribly nasty 2.5k AOE and poison dot. Be prepared if you're going to try for him. Still banishes and his poison dot is bigger than normal. I (63 druid) managed to get a succor off at 40% and died from poison at the zoneline before I could sit and mem a cure. I would recommend a chain CH on your tank and runes as well until slow landed.
