No minimum level requirement on this robe. Running around with my level 5 necro while wearing it. I just can't use the click effect yet.
This robe is better than Time gear.

I'm re-rolling an enchanter and equipped her with this at level one. You can wear it, but you can't use the effect until 65, so it says. It's rather odd, since the same effect on the normal Mana Robe can be used at 50.

killed him last year when fableds were up with a grp of 6..hubby and i boxxed 4 of the 6 toons in the grp ( cleric/ mage, druid/mage, beastlord, necro was our grp setup) and all was fine until the banish ae..other than that if all toons are at 70 or higher should be able to slaughter this dragon without much of a problem..

How long till they add a freaking recast time to this clickie ? Something along the lines of a Mod Rod recast time. Amazing it's not already that way.
According to Lucy, the spell "Mana Converstion" has a 9 second recast time.
Hmmm...just tested my plain old Mana Robe, and as of 03/05/2007, it has NO recast delay.
Not that it needs one. The casting time alone is enough to keep it from being useful; you gain far more by medding (especially if you have your trusty horse) or with Lich / C7 up than you'd ever get back clicking this old thing. It'll certainly never be a Manastone.
(Yes, during a battle, you don't have the luxury of sitting down; and in most zones, you can't use a Mount. But seriously, by the time you've finished clicking this thing enough to get a reasonable amount of mana back, the group/raid is finished with the mob[s] and moving on. In days of yore, gaining 30 mana in 3 seconds was a big deal; but certainly not anymore.)

It's the same damn thing as a mana robe but with hp/mana..........wear your Anguish robe or Azure robe until you are OoM.....put on a mana robe and you get the same thing............Well at least for a wizard............now I could see it being very very very hot for a necro since he could cast his dots then click the robe while the dots are on.

Yes, the robe is hawt, but the worn graphic could have really used an upgrade. I don't know what the non-fabled mana robe looks like when worn, but this one is bright 'canary' yellow.

Correct, but the pattern looks like many many other robes that are much easier to obtain. Just seems that, given the difficulty of killing Trak for this robe, the wearer would at least enjoy a semi-unique appearance. Some of the GoD and OoW robes look sweet (dye or no dye).

I don't see any required or recomended levels on this robe. Correct me if I am wrong.
If you can get a low lvl alt to the fabled trak and live through the fight you've definitally earned the robe.

Just to let you know about fabeld Trak.
We (inverse logic on morden) tried taking him down. He wiped us.
Hits for 4950 quad and has 2k AE DD. I had MR around 430 and resisted everytime.
Raid is mostly ep/some time geared, our main tank had 15k hp and 20% shielding and we only got him to 60%
