When does he unlock on progression servers? I see he is Luclin era and server has recently unlocked Luclin...but no NPC at top of nec guild in Neriak by this name.

All of the newbie Luclin quests were moved with the PoP newbie quests to Legacy of Ykesha. I'll go through and mark all his quests LoY.

This guy is great for working on my h2h at level 80, he cons green, so good for punching still, made about 80 skill ups so far from him, will inform you of his respawn timer.

This guy was dark blue to my level 65 character. He dropped an Unholy Silk Robe upon his death. Faction changes were: The Spurned got worse, The Dead got better.

this npc is now locatet in the top of the necromancer guild in neriak 3 gate ( i don´t know if he is still also in the commons )

This guy is a quest NPC now. He gives the necro armor quests.
