is anyone else having trouble getting on EQ? yesterday, there was massive lag for awhile. today i tried to log on and got a black screen where the launchpad's supposed to be, and had to manually terminate all EQ-associated files that were running. now the launchpad is coming up again, but it says "unable to connect"
