Conned KOS to a pally and attacked me while I was running by.
Was white to me today.
Can't be level 65, I ran into him with my 61 shaman and he conned dark blue.
He wandered up near the Sentient Armor camp where I was hunting. I saw him earlier down near the druid port in so he must travel nearly the whole zone.
Max hit was 471, not very often though, most hits were under 200. Fully slowable and didn't seem very resistant, everything I cast hit for full.

I soloed with 55 bard today... hit 417 max that he hit me.

Hit me for a max of 317, resisted nothing, did not summon, attempted to flee at when root broke at 15% health. So, it was a surprisingly easy solo for a 66 druid. Didn't seem to have a whole lot of hp either, although I didn't really count.
