It is now a swarm pet.

Edit: It now has a base cast time of 3 seconds and costs 350 mana. Lasts up to 30 seconds. And apparently consumes a peridot now? (this appears to be just a bug in the description) as it actually consumed a Malachite even if you have the Malachite preservation AA. Recast time is 60 seconds.

where can i find this spell?

For those that don't read the mage tower (you should - http://forum.magecompendium.com ) Here is what this pet does:

Its a lower level pet using the fire pet model, and will con lite blue at 56. 46 max damage per hit from melee, but it has the hit points of 51 earth pet. It casts FireElementalAura on itself, which is about a 40-44 point Damage Shield (level +2). It also has an AE Proc that does about 50+ damage to any mobs around it and adds +100 hate to the pet.

Recast time is much higher than normal pets. The main use for this is, as the name says, as a decoy. It can taunt mobs off of you and last long enough to regroup or run to zone.

I use it for farming greenies, mainly. The AE taunt and DS keeps large amounts of green mobs occupied and beat down with the pet while I rain fire from above. The AE taunt can also be bad in areas where it might aggro otherwise non-kos mobs.

Would make a great solo pet if the melee was brought up in line with the 57-60 pets.
