The Raider Watchman was dark blue to my 26 iksar shaman. The 4th one I killed dropped the spectacles, maybe an hour camp for me.

Instead of running all the way from Ogre Island to buy the nectar, I jumped on The Bloated Belly since it goes in the general direction. Right after it passed the abandoned shipyard on the left side then a large island on the right side I jumped off and cast levitate, making the run across the water a lot shorter.

Bought the nectar from the dwarf, no dangerous mobs here but get the loc from the post link below. It is correct.

Bought the star ruby for 60pp in the Bazaar and the Banded Mail at Armor By Ikthar in Freeport for 23pp. Yes you use the Banded Mail, which an iksar can wear, not the small or the large.

Tell Shezlie Furscale upstairs in the building next to the shaman/sk guild (p830 n350) "Oxyn sent me" to get her talking, then give all 4 items to her.

Well I'm been camping this Raider Watchman for 5 hours now and no frickin spectacles.. Must be rare, either that or EQ is rolling really crappy for loot selection.

Can anyone tell me what I am supposed to say to her to get her to resond back and tell me about the quest? I have tried a few things but i have to find one that works...thanks

The raider watchman does in fact spawn between the two rocks on the ogre island in timorous deep. if u pull to the wall right besude the rocks then u have no worries about getting any other mobs besides him. Also, just for reference i (a lvl 20 necro) have been killing them since early in lvl 19 with no problems. And yes he does drop the spectacles b/c i have looted them from him before i knew what quest they were for.

Myself (a 20 shaman) and a 23 monk companion completed this in 3 hours. Had to log off once to get the final details on the location of the nectar, but the info posted here is accurate. Got a little hairy when Oowomp aggro'ed on us for some reason, but the monk FD'ed successfully, while I ran all over the place with SoW on to lose them. But once the spectacles were obtained, the rest was fairly easy.

With just the Illusion Iksar you are fine over most Cabilis... do not need invis to walk around city. However when you con Shezlie Furscale shes ready to attack. If you cast Benevolence she "glares at you threateningly" I thought that that was pretty strange?

Now i want to give her 100p worth of stuff and she wants to kick my butt for it..haha... I'm going to get me faction up a bit and then try her again.

Can any iksar class, not just shamen, do these quests coz my monk could do with the money.

I just finished this quest with my level 16 shaman. As the scaled mystic boot quest needs a nodrop item from overthere, I worked on this quest on the same time. My shaman char is a twink with mainly ry'gorr armor already, so some parts of the quest where easy. Especially the expensive part, buying gems, are done by my wizard with 100 charisma: star ruby 74p, fire emerald 96p.

I started to gather the items when I hit level 16 from Field of Bone and moved over to Warslik Woods. The area at zone seems not too dangerous, there are many trees but sight is still ok and we shaman have sow to avoid mobs we can't kill.
Moved along west wall north to a cliff. Nearly died when I made the mistake and tried to jump directly into water, crashed into ground and lost all but about 10 hp.
I swam west from here along the coast, was pretty easy, only saw one time a forest giant. Got out of water and followed west wall south. This part of the zone is dangerous! Deep forest, you can't see the mobs until you run into them. And there is a high population of aggressive mobs near zone to The Overthere.
Overthere was easy again, just avoided all contact with mobs and followed wall left to Frontier Mountains zone. Used the time to shout for the loot right of a rhino hoof for the scaled mystic boots. After a half hour I got it too, then headed north to coast and swam west to dock area. Found a wall for rest where I had sight to dock out of agro range of the mobs there and waited for boat. Entered boat from water side and moved over to timorous deep. Made a shout for watchman spectacles, buffed a few people while waiting and finally a nice necro let me loot the spectacles. Before I headed to the southern island to buy the nectar of isolation I decided to visit the gypsy merchants in Oasis. BTW, you can fill up your purse there by fighting orcs at highway. When back to Timorous Deep I swam over to merchant. Be sure that you have fish scales on you, you need to find underwater tunnels and cross them. Had no trouble at all, nectar cost me nearly 6p. Gated back to my bind point at dock in oasis and made it again over to Timorous, entered boat and got back to Warslik Wood zone in The Overthere. This time I tried the other route, headed west from zone to follow west wall to west cabilis, but it was much more difficult as more mobs around. Needed 3 trials to get there. It was a good idea to bind at zone.
Last part was easy: Just tell Shezlie "Oxyn sent me" and she will give you the quest. As I said, my shaman is only level 16, so I don't believe that the is a minimum level.

Do I need to be lvl 30 to get the reward for doing this quest?

The nectar we all need is loacted in timerous deep it is a drink that is brought from the underwater store -12000, -2000 good luck all

The Watchman Spectacles are a rare drop off the Raider Watchman in Timorous Deep at the Ogre Camp. He has one static spawn away from the huts next to the hill closest to the huts. I have also seen him spawn in the huts themselves. Be warned though the Great Oowamp (sp) will aggro on you if you attack any of the ogres in the huts, since his aggro range is huge. The safest one is the the solitary spawn be the hill.

Still need the Nectar of Isolation. It would be assumed that it does drop off a plant mob somewhere, you would think it would be in the low-mid 30's range, but you never know since this is the BP.
