Where can I find the Shadow Wolves in EC? I need a Tibia for the Steel Warrior Boots and can't find them.

Has anyone ever got a Shadow Wolf Paw? If so what zone were you in and was the Paw NO DROP. A newbie Monk Quest Requires one for a Robe. Quest Starts in North Qeynos at Monk Guild from Female Monk. You need 5 Woven Spider Silks, 1 HQ Cat Pelt, 1 Severed Gnoll Paw, 1 Matted lion pelt, 1 Cloth Shirt,and 1 Shadow Wold Paw. You combine the 10 Items in a Kit she gives you. You then are supposed to Combine the Kit and a Patterns she gives you in a Loom. Maybe not the kit but maybe an Item you recieve from Combine in the kit. Whew any help would be nice

While searching for the Black wolf tooth, I ran to misty thicket to kill black wolves and shadow wolves, found a shadow wolf paw there on a shadow wolf. Only found one out of 15 killed. No black tooth though, heard those drop in W Karana? Anyone seen the tooth?

I too have been unable to find the paw. It is also needed for a cleric breastplate quest. I have been able to find all the peices (even the stupid rabid wolf hides) but the paw has eluded me. HELP!!!

I've also been huntin my *** off trying to get a paw, have killed several hundred in ec and nek with no paw, killed about 20 in wk with no paw (and damn they are hard to find there), guess ill go murder some in misty thicket then

My level 8 Necro (and pet) were hunting in the Nektlos forrest, when one of these wolves attacked me while my pet was fighting a skelton. He conned blue to me at level 8. He did put up a fair fight, but was no match for me and my pet. When I looted his corpse I got some coin and a coyote head. The head insn't a no drop item, but I can't find any info on it. It will sell for almost 1pp at a vendor, but I don't want to do that until I know if it's something more then just average loot.
Can anyone offer up some or any info?

The Coyote Head is for the new Bard armour quests, maybe for other things too. Has anyone gotten a Shadow Wolf Tibia? It is for the new Paladin armour quest but I haven't picked up one yet.

I've seen the tibia drop fairly often from the shadow wolves in East Commonlands -- the tibias are nodrop, btw.

i have a lvl 2 monk and it only cons blue is there a prob? You said you have a lvl 5 guy and it cons yellow.No i did not have buffs.

I am currently Playing A Lvl 7 Monk. I Have Been Killing The Shadow Wolves In EC And Nek Forest. Almost All Of Them Are Blue To Me A Select Few Are Green ... I Beleive They Range From Lvl 3 To Lvl 5.
Very easy kill here. The shadow wolf pelt is coveted by tailors interested in making the shadow armor for necros or shadow knights, i forget which.

It's for the shadowbound boot and glove quest. Shadow wolf pelts are used to make shadow silk used in the quest. I'm getting it to make myself a Robe of Enshroudment for my Iksar Necro

well these guys r a real nusence becuz they always attack my 8th level rogue when im fightin somethin yellow to me. and these little darlings con blue to my 8th level rogue almost always at night. so im pretty sure they can be stronger than level 4.

My level 6 rogue halfling cons these pups as blue but never white/black. These guys r really ez because they run often inside misty thicket

These guys are insanely tough when your sitting there trying to med they'll repeatedly bite you for 3 damage as you try to sit there and med, after an hour and a half one finally knocked me unconcious, people laughed at me for letting such a small enemy beat up on me but beware of these guys they have a mean bite.

If you are a Necro or Magician, you can take these guys easy...just simply have your pet tank and you nuke them!

Necros hang onto shadow wolf pelts, you need them for your Temple of Ro armor quests (You make shadow silk with them)

What zone are these pelts most commonly found? They seem virtually impossible to come by! (Frustrated necro)
