Dropped by a Siren Seductress in Cobalt Scar today 7/10/16 on Phinigel.
As far as I can determine, based on visits to two out of the three merchants listed, the correct price for this spell is 17.4.1.1... Both, the East Freeport vendor had it listed as this as well as the Library merchant...

Just had a siren in CS drop this tonight.
To clarify, so that it might be listed above..drops off of a Siren Enchantress in Cobalt Scar.
I am a level 55 Dru at the moment. The enchantresses are DB to me. Use all magic resists you have becasuse you will be hit with multiple spells, such as Tash. The enchantresses is able to cancel the top buff you have, so use a trash one there, just in case.
Location: near entry to Siren's grotto and also the two sunken ships. Watch out for social adds.

Those shardwurms never seem to have this spell. I know one guy who has been camping them for three days straight trying to get this spell with no luck. Might have to goto Cobalt Scar or to Velk's lab and see if we can get it there.
Is this droppable? I am asuuming that it is.
How come there is no price for this spell? Someone who has luclin should pop into the bazaar just to give us a recommended price.
It seems like it is a rare drop on mobs that are pretty easy to get too. Would 1 K be too much if someone was to sell one?

My necro just hit 39, I went in the bazaar and the cheapest one (of the 3 for sale) was for 1,800pp. That's what I get for playing on the server named for the god of greed.

I see a lot of people trying to sell it in the Bazaar for 2k or so: they seem to think that because it's rare, it's valuable, when they'd be much more likely to sell it for 100. A spell has to be both rare and very useful to be worth a lot of money.
Chilling Embrace is a decent spell, but it's hardly a 'must have', and only really useful for a few levels: so only a twink would pay 2k for it. I was given a copy by a guildie who got it off a Siren in CS, and have only used it a couple of dozen times.

For all you necros out there, I got this to drop for me tonight from a Holgresh Conjurer while hunting in Wakening Lands. If you are tempted to go there and get one yourself, I should warn you, I've slain probably about 50 of these things over a week's time, and this is the first spell I've seen drop. Also, the conjurers are a bit easier than the elementalists for me personally, as all you need to do is root the piddly pet out of the way, and then the mage based nuking isn't nearly as bad as the stuff the elementalists will lay on you. In either case, they can hurt pretty bad for their level.
