I decided to just hunt the Murkglider's and began at the entrance and killed until the mobs at the beginning started to respawn.
50 Murkglider's into it I got the Shard to drop. 35 more Murk's I got the Band to drop. 85 kills total and 2 hours 45 minutes. I feel lucky.

3 days 8+ hours (est) and no shard off murkgliders, bazus, or ferans.
I've gotten 3 Silverwing Hoops in that time.
I'm starting to think they don't drop anymore.

I been killing dragorn's in Nobels Hallway near Wall of slaughter for 2 days, and I got 7 of them already.
They are a bit rare thou.

Dropped for me today after soloing Laanal The Best Tamer in Nobles Causeway.

dropped from a random "murkglider" when I was just casually xp'ing and grinding AA's in NC. I've spent a couple levels there and done about 5-6 AA's and this is the first time I've seen it drop.
I looked up the quest and see that the only other drop is in Droga, so I'm headed there. If it takes too much time I'll probably just forget it.
The hp/mana isn't really an upgrade (nearly the same as what I have), but the +5 dmg shield and +2 mana regen are cool.

Dropped in Noble's Causeway off a dragorn prelate. I am guessing it is just a drop from any random trash mob.

Looted in Nobles' Causeway (NC) off of a 'murkglider'. No vendor value. Quest only item. May be used in new hot zone combination items.
