I claimed a "Switch" today. When you redeem this card in EQ on your character, you get a message that you have a claim waiting in the LoN game. When you log into the LoN game, you receive notification that you have received a delivery and it shows you the card you have received next to the same one with the "redeemed" stamp on it. This card is a played card in the LoN game ONLY. It has NO VALUE WHATSOEVER in EQ, ONLY IN LoN. When it's claimed, the new "Switch" card is added to your deck to be played in LoN. You receive NO special item to be claimed in EQ on your character, or the priviledge to "Switch" that not so good loot card you may have for another loot card(don't we all wish).
If you see this card being sold in bazaar, not worth 1 copper piece, but you do see peeps selling them for 10k. However, if you actually do play the LoN game, and just don't buy the packs for the loot, then I am sure that it does have some value, just not sure exactly what that would be though.
I hope this post clears up exactly what this "Switch" is. If not, <shrug>, call SOE.

Yea... They can droprandomly off anything just like all the cards/packs... Has anyone actually claimed this and know what exactly it does?

Oh I'm sorry, didn't realize that you could only post what the card looks like. It looks like the icon just to the left of the title pn this page "Legends of Norrath: Switch", aka it looks like a card with a blue circle, then a smaller red circle with arrows pointing out of the top and bottom protruding from this circle, and then 4 dots in the middle of this circle.

Well Allakhazam's database has never been notorious for giving all the information needed so why don't you go look it up on an LoN database...
Had one drop of the undead ogre mob in the crescent reach newbie area
Bloodmaw in CR dropped it as well.
