It's for the turn in for the right click mage-wizard-enc-necro only nuke bracer in vxed. Once i finish the quest i will put up a link... if you can farm them... you should.. they sell upwards of 400k on mithaniel marr, my home server

Found one today in natimbi off a noc darklurch im lvl 63 and was dk blue to me
