Ruins of Kunark
Got this spell to FINALLY drop after 5 days and numerous hours of killing mobs. I started with about 20 pp and by the time the spell dropped I'm pushing 20k pp. The sword and gloves (don't feel like looking up) dropped off battle master countless times. I killed in about 12 times by the time this spell dropped. Woot me! (ps it's for my alt sk)

How Hard is the Battlemaster? And when you try pulling him will you get adds?Please post
I know this is an older post, but for the newbies trying to get this spell, he's really no more difficult than the others around him and you DO get adds. Sometimes as many as four or five, so if you don't have a higher level toon that can come in and kill with you, be very cautious.
He's not actually any harder than the rest of the room. The biggest problems is that he's not a common spawn and it's a rare drop off him.
I took a group of 4 people down there back when I hit the right level and wanted the spell. 8 hours later I left Chardok with both the spell and Jeldorin for my baby Pally :)
I'm sure at 70 everything that high up in Chardok is green, so it should all come solo. Lower level I couldn't be sure - we had a chanter paci before I pulled them. But the spawns are quite far apart.

at 70 the berserkers are dark blue. the crypt masters and gravebinders are light blue, as well as the reanimated champions.

WTF? heh i would rather spend ************** camping this guy then spend 20k on it....although it does seem pretty bad ***
Today, being Christmas and all, on Bertox some kind person was giving away many many things. This spell was one of his gifts and I sent a tell as soon as I saw him /ooc it. He said sure you can have it, and I raced across the POK. On the way there I got stuck in a tree, and was there a few minutes before a kind druid ported me out. By the time I was out the guy had given it to someone else and I was cursing every druid and ranger to have ever said preserve nature. I guess I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way and camp this guy for like 3 months. The moral of the story? Don't cast levitate in the POK no matter how bored you are, the trees think SKs taste great.

Ska'Tu is the only way you can get this spell, no shd only spells can be researched at all, saw this go for 20k today, btw

Can this spell be researched? if so, then what components do you need?

I do not belive that any spell that is SK only can be researed.. only spells that Necros can use also... if I am mistaken someone plz post but im pretty sure im not
