Lost Dungeons of Norrath
Tried to combine this with https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=24117
Wouldn't combine so I petition and the response I received was "Those items can not be combined" Which brings up the question why?? Anyone else having problems combining this aug?

Nope Tunic is unaugmented at the moment
After more than a month I found out why they wouldn't combine. I was using a custom UI! As soon as I changed to the default presto! So an FYI to anyone else that may have a similar problem switching to the default UI may solve your problem.
Is it possible you have an aug in slot 3 already?
Augmentations with recommended levels will apply a recommended level to the item. Example:
Putting this on a Robe of Detonation (Wizard TS robe) will make the robe recommended level 55. Yes, you'll get the FT1, but you're also going to see hits in the stats on the robe until you hit 55.
Doing something like that has its ups and its downs.

as a bard you want full FT all the way cause you have so much songs that take many like charm that wastes mana but also using your prescious AAs thats 12 fricken levels of AAs i would rather have this.

You can ignore the rec level for worn effects but I don't think that you'll save up all of the points for this at levels much below 50 anyways due to the way the points are scaled. By the time you get this item you should be close to that anyway. Especially since it's an augment and you have to spend more points on something to put it in
